I'm back!
It was a pretty rough fall, lots of emotional problems, family problems, etc. etc. About a month ago I ballooned out to my heaviest weight, hitting about 335, and I told myself enough is enough. I'm not going to bore everyone with my woes, but I'm back on the healthy eating pathway and feeling better than ever! I still need to get back into the habit of going to the gym on a regular basis, but for now I'm happy that I've managed to start dropping weight just by eating healthy.
Expect more entries in the future!
