Full Body workout today!🏋🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️

Does anyone have suggestions on exercises for the thigh muscles? I feel like no matter what I do I'm not building up my thigh muscles.😩
Minus any cardio exercises please and thank you.😁

Thanks she_loves😊 I really miss doing squats. I go to the doctor's tomorrow to see what options I have for my knee. I was seeing results with them as well.😩

I see you mention knee issue, I also have a knee condition so to work out my quads with less knee impact I use the exercise bike with resistance.

Lia I actually used to have a thigh master. I never used it though.😅 It may actually be around here somewhere. I'll have to check for it, thanks. 😊

Eglass I'll try using my exercise bike again. I've just never felt it in my thighs when using my exercise bike. I would only feel it in my calves.🤷🏽‍♀️

Thanks Bree😊💕 I just looked up good mornings and I can definitely do that.😁 I'm literally looking up everyone's suggestions as I'm answering them lol.😅 So deadlifts are not as harsh on the knees as squats. At least from what I've just read. Who knew, they look so similar. 🤷🏽‍♀️
