yeah! Day 27 out of my 30 day challenges on squats,crunches, situps and plank! i may not have lost weight but i sure have better toned legs and my love handles have smoothened out! 3 says to go and then to think what to do next....

The number on the scale is not as important as the inches lost, and feeling better overall. compact muscle always looks better on the body than flabby fat-Congrats!

I couldn't agree more. When I am asked what I want to weigh, I just say whatever it is when I have a "30 inch waistline". I would love to weigh over 200 lb with a 30 inch waist. I'd have to have 5% body fat and a huge amount of muscle. So Congratulations on your success and continued dedication to your program!
