food & beverage i ate/drank
BFAST water-16oz
coffee

1 egg, 4 peices bacon

lunch:

vegetables(mixed) from homemade veg soup(veggies only)
crystal lite
water
water
water


dinner
large toss salad, with cheese & baked ham
water
crystal lite


snack
hot tea
celery
water


no exercise, except working 8hrs., and cleaned the house and did
laundry, i am too tired to do the exercises, will do 2x as much tomorrow.
