Freezing rain here today, and no sunshine. I do much better with sunshine. Much much better! But my eating is according to the plan, and I am feeling mostly satisfied. Felt a little hungry at bedtime last night, but bearably so. Doing well on exercise, too. Feeling pleased with progress.

I get hungry at night too. It is a very (very, very) weak point for me, and if I'm bound to mess up, that is when it will be. Do you have any tricks, or do you have strong willpower? Good luck to you.

If I really really need to munch on something in the evening, I've found the healthiest snack that satisfies me is homemade microwave popcorn. Get brown lunch sacks. Put three TBS of popping corn in the bag, and tightly fold the top of the sack over three times. NO OIL NEEDED. Nuke for 2-1/2 min, but stand by in case it starts to burn. I dump in a bowl and spritz with a little red wine vinegar spray dressings, and a tiny bit of salt. Hope that helps!! ;-)
