I have been staying with my elderly Mother, who has pneumonia, at the hospital since January 1st. Although I have lots of healthy choices of food to eat in the hospital cafeteria, I am not burning many calories just sitting and doing crossword puzzles. Hopefully, she will be going back to the nursing home tomorrow and life can get back to normal. I did weigh more than 180 a few days ago, but was ashamed to post it. Most of the Christmas goodies are gone, so there will be better days ahead.
