Well, it's obvious that as hard as I tried, I still managed to eat my fill and gain all my weight back the last two weeks of 2008.
I would like to loose weight but, with having fibromyalgia, my primary objective is to just get healthy. If I loose weight in the interim, great, if not, oh well.
Although, based on some of my journals I looked over from early last year prior to my car accident, living a healthy lifestyle, seemed to just let the weight fall off.
Toning is a different issue.
I know I will achieve my goal for this year as I'm tired of living a life of pain and fatigue and I am willing to do what it takes to feel better.
I actually walked a mile yesterday and I feel fine. That's a good positive.
