very precise 👌. and very perfectly made sweet potato. how did you make it .. wow like perfect I love it but I mess it up...

Stab potatoes once, make a mix of 2 cups water and 1tbs salt, put sweet potatoes in water for 5 mins then take out and put in the oven on 200 for an hour, check at 45 mins as smaller ones may be done.

Lots of veggies and not much dairy, I do need to up my protein.
