High calorie day. For whatever reason I was hungrier today and ate more. However, my carb consumption was kept on the low end so that is good. I need to understand my increased appetite, since it seemingly came out of nowhere. At the same time, I am staying on my low carb approach so I am not overly concerned.
The Christmas Tree is up but will decorate tomorrow with the kids. I am really feeling tired and a bit weak in the extremeties. I was quite winded bringing up the Christmas tree - very unsual. I don't feel ill but I lack energy and strength today. I don't know what gives.
As an aside, I've been looking at several documentaries related to sugar consumption. Apparently, our brains respond to sugar in the same way as it does to drugs. Whaaaaaat??? Are you kidding me? As a sugar addict, I find the dialogue around this topic quite interesting.
