No additional weight loss today after a 405 calorie workout but a nice 1200 calories. Yum! Finished eating at 9pm, so will fast until after 1pm tomorrow. Just in time for our holiday party at work! I will eat about 1200 calories if I can, but I have up to 1560 to spare and I'm still on my 1300 per day average for the month. Hoping for something in the 2-ohs in the morning.
