I always Get the munchies for something chocolaty or sweet around 4 pm. between lunch and dinner. Anyone know How to curve that craving? Lately ive been having one cookie or 1 bite size chocolate bar. But i dont want the little calories to start adding up .

Sounds you like you might be hungry after school. That's not surprising. Try having something protein, a small sandwich or cheese and crackers, maybe a piece of fruit, too, and a big glass of water. Then, if you're still hungry choose the sweet thing. It's not wrong to enjoy some sweets. To try to completely deny yourself will likely lead to binging and eating too much of it. Small servings, calories counted...and, although I'm not sure how much control you have over what groceries come into your house...try to get that kind of stuff not-so-easy to attain. If nothing else, ask your parent to put things like that away where it is not in your face, or particularly easy to find. :)

Thankyou! I ended Up Buying These Mini Whole Grain peices of bread so that I can have a mini sandwhich after school If I Get hungry. I Appreciate The Advice(:
