Yesterday, IF, 83 protein, 131 fat, 49 carbs, chest workout, low carb tortilla quesadilla, butter, peppers with spinach dip, olives, folio wrap, progranola, nuts before bed, a few mini pretzels
153.8 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
