Today is going pretty well. I watched my points and got in my gym time. I made some yummy, healthy chili tonight to take for lunch this week. It's packed with veggies and low fat too. I am excited to eat it, but hope I don't get sick of it! I have a lot of fruit and veggies to snack on too. I am pretty optimistic about this coming week.

That's such a good idea to make a yummy lunch in advance for the week. That way you don't have to think about what you'll have every day. :-)
