Cutie! I, too, am following keto and OMAD because it works so well. I have this ancient Chinese torture machine in my basement...it’s called a spin bike. I’m increasing my fitness on that and strength training. I gained a bunch of weight after the death of my brother in 2002. Time to take action...and I am finally ready! Congrats on your successes!

True, OMAD and Keto are extremely effective, because they keep the insulin levels down and insulin prevents our bodies from using our fat storages to burn energy and have our bodies focus on digesting Carbohydrates instead. Consistency is also key; we gotta keep going, despite any setbacks. 😉
