Nothing like choosing "One Big Hill" setting on a Life-cycle at the gym and coming out with the calorie burn feature showing just 148 after 30 minutes despite feeling like you just climbed part of the Rocky Mountains! Thankfully, I know I burned more than double that amount given the intensity.
