Second entry for this grey monday. Measurements for this month!!!
Weight: 239.4 bust: 51 waist: 49 Hip: 53 bicep: 16 thigh: 25.5 BMI: 39.8 BMR: 1736/2387 RMR: 1677/2306 I have now started to modify my BMR and RMR. The numbers after the slash are reflecting activity level. I'm using the light activity. So this is the number of calories I need in order to function at a light activity level, according to the calories per hour website.
I'll have to readjust my RDI here maybe. Hmmm.... I still think I'm ok for now at 1800 calories a day.

Congratulations. You know, it may just be me, but I think sometimes it's more about the 'what' than the how much. And I'm not looking at your food diary so don't think I'm judging. But I do think 300 cal of vegs will have a different effect on the body *and loss than 300 cal of peanut butter - that type of swap. Something about how the body uses more energy processing some foods compared to others. Meh, who am I to advise, I haven't lost weight in nearly six months. Sorry. Have a great day my friend.

Thanks everyone!!
@Bella, no worries my friend!! I totally understand what you mean!! I know I had a calorie overload of sorts. Lots of carbs that made me yucky. This journey is a learning experience for sure!!
