Wow. So, apparently all I need to do to get myself back into it, is force myself to do everything I hate.
It's official, as of today I lost 30lbs. I had 3 or 4 days where I couldn't be bothered, but yesterday and today I stuck to it 100% and I weighed in today at 220.2 lbs :)
I won't take my official weight (and won't step on the scale) until Sunday. Every Sunday and every Wednesday. I hope you guys are back at it.
You may regret many things in life, but losing weight won't be one of them!
