I hate seeing that number go up! It's so frustrating. I know not exercising is part of it, but my big issue is Saturday overeating. I do it almost every Saturday! I promise myself I wont, and then, BAM! too much food. Oh well, another week is upon us, time to do it right this week!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
