I'm so happy I found this website. I was going to create a journal that I could write in, but this is much better! I have not "re-started" a diet just yet.. I was actually thinking about doing the Master Clense for the whole 10 days. This way I will feel clean, and some what healthier before I start my diet. I'm not sure exactly what I weigh now, I need to go buy my own scale for upstairs.
Anyway this is EXCITING! I know that if I put my mind to it, I can do it. Plus i want to be confident in my body. I never have, and now I look back at old pictures and am amazed at how good I once looked. I'm giving myself 6 months "summer time" to weigh 120 lbs. I'm starting to get stretch marks, and that is VERY stressful. Once again. I'm glad I found this website. I know I'll get a lot of support from it. =]
