No change in the weight loss but no gain either. Feeling a bit better today, not achy anymore but instead I have a dry cough and sore throat. Probably from all the coughing! Strangely though, I haven't lost my appetite through this all. No running for the last 2 days. I hope to get out today for a short one. Going for a hair appointment this afternoon. I'm getting some highlights. This weekend we hope to get our Christmas tree up and do some decorating. Maybe make some cookies too. Plus we have my work's kids Christmas party on Sunday. I still have to get my shopping done too somewhere in there!

Keep focused on your goals FS buddies. I know it the hard time of the year but if we all work on this together we can do it. Let's all remember portion control and keep exercising! Instead of buying the cookies and treats, donate that money the a worthy cause! A fun saying to remember is 'A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips'. Good luck everyone!
