drink more water goal 96 oz add lemon when can
consume 1600-1800 cal with exercise
1200-1400 with no exercise
200 grams protein, 50%
44 grams fat, 25%
100 grams carbs, 25%
or as close to that as possible, protein 40-50%, fat 25-30%
Caesin shake at night
perfect food day +/- Dec 11
