Body fat measurement 7/19/08: 29.3% Weight: 169.2
Body fat measurement 1/2/09: 26.7% Weight: 159.8

YAY!!!!!!!!! I have lost 2.6% of my body fat in the last 6 months! I may only be 10lbs. lighter, but I have replaced fat with muscle! YES!
