November 2, 2020 Monday I have tried to stay on target but I ate some pepper jack cheese and my poor tummy rebelled, in a lactose intolerant tantrum. My dramatic weight loss, 2 lbs in the last week, are more a matter of an empty digestive system. I hope to get down to 149 by the end of this month. My goal is 142. Maybe when i get there I will try to get five lbs under that. If we are not losing we tend to be gaining if you are a so called body type called pyknic long bodies, short legged, small feet and hands.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
