Home sick today with the flu. It started yesterday at work. I still went for a run at lunchtime in hopes it would make me feel better. And I did feel better until the chills set in later. I just keep taking advil and Tylenol all night. Feel a bit better but decided to stay home and have a me day!

Good decision! I think we all take better care of ourselves at home, where we can rest if we need to and take whatever meds we need to recover. Hope you feel better soon.
