Ripped Fuel has been working. Havent been on the scale but inches are definitely gone. will weigh in soon:)Been eating mostly protein, oats n fruit in the morn or sandwich n coffee. Coffee n wheat crackers and or yogurt mid morn, lunch is veg n protein mostly, rarely rice, n dinner is soup n veg n protein. Weekends I kind of slack off tho. Been also focusing on abs in the gym and doing my own instead of the machine. All this has definitely been working for me:)Works better than hydroxicut. Bought a pair of shorts for the first in a while to wear out:)Right now my lower body is basically toned I guess from all the work on the cross trainer so my focus is really upper body. Body fat has reduced however upper body needs work.

Overall happy with the help of RF but side effects not sure makes me giddy, alters my mood and dont act normal sometimes, but cuts appetite drastically reduces cravings etc. doing 2 per day times 2, but gonna reduce it to one i dont really like he out of control giddy feelings that affects my cognition. I get too emotional.
