Day 3: over indulged playing poker last night (party pies - my downfall :( with wine too) only saving grace I won about $120, but will make tomorrow a fast day to compensate and again on Saturday to get back on track.
No gym this morning as had to go buy a pool table, but its a 13 hour work day will try to be more active and less sedentary. Today will be an interesting challenge being a....at work for 13 hours, and b...fasting, but Ive always loved a challenge.
