I'm feeling worse now. I just ate a brownie with marshmallow goo and m&ms in it! AHHH!

I literally had to go through my kitchen and bag up all the stuff that wasn't healthy... I gave it away to an intern where I work! It's tough to do, but then when you really want something and it isn't there, it's so much easier to substitute a piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter on it! Another thing that works well for me with snacking is to think about the clothes I want to fit in. That definitely helped me lose weight for my wedding last spring! :-)

Haha...to be honest, it was DELICIOUS! I only had a couple of bites, but I still felt pretty bad.
