Terrible day/night - I wasn't active at all today got caught up with the Memoirs of Ulysses S. Grant before I knew it, it was time for the Trick or Treaters to come along. We had very few compared to what we normally would have and guess what - - yeah, I ended up eating some of the snacks. No exercise and an over abundance of intake. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and a new beginning.
