i use a plant based fiber powder. and mix it with warm apple juice. anytime my thyroid med is adjusted it stopps me up for weeks. when i had surgery. my nurse told me to warm the prune juices followed my orange juice. It was hard to get that prune juice down but it works!

Sometimes I have the same issue with my meds and have to eat oatmeal and apples, mixed with apple juice. It usually does the trick but when it doesn't I use miralax. Good luck

You could have carried a bottle of tabasco sauce. Apparently she drinks a little bit to pep her up when campaigning
