I am really concerned I have started my winter weight gain and I have never met my weight goal for the summer which means I am going to be in some trouble. This whole thing with the Contraviruse is bullshit. The gyms have just reopened but they're under so many restrictions it's difficult to get a satisfactory workout.

Well, I paid a visit to Moopie's Instagram and thought to myself, this kid is doing all these workouts at home so I am going to give it a try and see if I can get some decent results. Thanks Moo - I'm going to give it a shot.
