I've been 'off' for the past couple of weeks. Stomach upset - I believe due to a bag of kale ++ salad. I've been avoiding veg... and I usually eat a lot of veg! Do not want the gas pains etc. Sorry, no more sharing!! lol That and my hip flexers have put a dampening affect on my mojo! Still - this will get better.

It seems that some people stiffen up in the fall (like me). We've got to keep moving ThymeFlies.
I've switched to eating more squash, cauliflower and broccoli and away from summery raw salads. I usually cook kale for a few minutes to kill any lurking pathogens.

Thanks Trillium... we do have to keep moving. Today the start of a new month, let's make it a good one! I still don't fancy the veg - usually love it - but i've decided to get back to my normal as the issues aren't going away with having less veg either.
