I started this. change of eating after my husband had heart by pass, I realized I did not want to go through what he was going through, I did not realize he was going to go through so much more, his heart surgery was in March 2012. he passed away in October 2012. I miss him every day. I weighed about 320 lbs. start. It's been a slow learning experience. Now 203lbs. with 60 lbs to go. Oct. 30, 2020.
