Who needs a gym when you have Youtube and Jullian Michaels kicking your ass workouts on it. Currently I'm doing her 30 day shred and her six week ab workouts, mixed in with some Qigong. I must admit because I have not worked out in years I'm only able to make it 1/2 to 3/4 way through her videos nor can I do them daily, so every 3 days I take a rest day.
And oh my.. my knees hurt. I do hope as my muscles become stronger that the joint pain will decrease.
