Who needs a gym when you have Youtube and Jullian Michaels kicking your ass workouts on it. Currently I'm doing her 30 day shred and her six week ab workouts, mixed in with some Qigong. I must admit because I have not worked out in years I'm only able to make it 1/2 to 3/4 way through her videos nor can I do them daily, so every 3 days I take a rest day. And oh my.. my knees hurt. I do hope as my muscles become stronger that the joint pain will decrease.

So true.. I'm on level 1 30 day shred I'm done in 3 more days.. Then moving to level two. I do my own diet.. I have weetabex in the morning just two bars. I make it as liquid as possible. I drink lots of water during the day so I'm not hungry. Nights I have a large meal which will maintain lots of proteins. If I'm hungry after will drink green tea. I work out 10 days then rest for two. I can do it that way because currently I'm not working. Have a 9 month old. Also I ditch driving the kids to school so they walking is good.I weighed 185 now I'm 159.. I'm going to do the challenge of drinking 8 glasses of water because currently I only drink 6.. I'm working my but off because I have belly flab the middle part need gone. Good luck everyone and be strong on the journey.
