Thanks mountain man. Funny anecdote, I've always been a "healthy" eater. At ~48 I ate a 5 pound burger on a whim and set the record at a local bar that stood for many years. At 30 I lost a bet that I could eat 30 slices of 18" NY pizza on my birthday....because I "only" ate 24 (MY friends got to pick the pizzas and double meat, double cheese was a killer). At 56 I need to be good at something else. Maybe it can be moderation. 😬
