If you really want it, isnt there some kind of acceptable bread that you can make? I have seen people use new and improved revolution rolls, flax bread and muffins, MIMs, and some other ideas, even a low carb tortilla. The butter and cheese, after all are acceptable. I can get you a bread recipe that someone on my atkins forum uses if you ever have the urge again, let me know. You are making such good progress, a low carb grilled cheese definitly wont hurt your progress :)
