Keep going up and down a couple of ounces...
200.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I usually only weigh my self once a week, so I don't notice the ounces.Maybe that might help you a bit?

Probably water weight, and yes, I should just weigh myself once a week, but I like using it to help keep myself in check...and especially now...since I'm having thoughts of falling off the wagon...

i weigh in every morning and don't worry too much about ounces or half pounds - it's usually water and nothing too serious. you're doing great though so keep it up - just don't become addicted to the scale!
