Congratulations on this achievement! I understand. Our stories are very similar. I've been on this weight-loss journey before, & due to health issues & the depression they brought, I fell off; in a Big Way! But I'm back.
Keep going, & ask more of yourself than you've ever asked before. You'll be quite surprised what you're really capable of... things you never believed possible.
