I was doing so well with my weight lost journey a couple months ago, strictly stick to picking good food and intermittent fasting. Then all the stress came to me all at once including moving from Sydney to Melbourne, my boyfriend broke up with me, stress from not getting regular working hours and stress from studying for long hours but afraid not getting into medicine. I started eating a lot of junk food, eat till I feel like vomiting and everytime I snack, I feel guilty and want to vomit out. I lost motivation to exercise, can someone give me some suggestions and advices?
