Friends!! Make me stop MUNCHING!!! Its only 9 am and I'm already doing it!! ahhh!

Step away from the munchie-food! Whatever it is that you're craving... stick it all in a box and put it in the farthest reaches of the house. That way, if you are tempted, you will have plenty of time to talk yourself out of it as you go to retrieve it!

*Takes hand, extends it out, and gives it a slight WHACK! lol =) Now then, drink your water, give me 20 (minutes walking, while suffice) and NEXT! lol Next meal, snack and one bite at time! You're doing great, keep it up!

Stop! Drink water and herbal tea! Take a walk! Make a phone call! Surf the internet! Sing a song! Put on some music and dance! DON'T EAT

Go look at your before and after pictures!!! Go drink a tall glass of water and think about how nice it is to feel knowing that you did not keep snacking!!!
