Alright so today i started the food journal, YAY for me since i hate this so darn bad. Sorry but I do. When I eat is not consistent and I will never be a breakfast eater. Morning meds have to be taken on an empty stomach but i'm gonna try this thing. I would start it right here with the holidays coming.
