I made Keto stuffed peppers with ground beef, cheese, and riced cauliflower from my freshly picked bell peppers. Hubby liked them and ate two. I froze three to eat later. I had enough riced cauliflower left to freeze four packages to use later. Cheat: ate 2 Brach's mini pumpkins candy!
