Forgot this page for about a year... Put it on Firefox toolbar for easy reaching, reminder so I can't escape seeing it.
Breakfast: WAY too hearty!!!! Cut down on bread and jam, eat fruit, have milk or cheese. Divide all this throughout morning and graze.

Morning: worst for me, stiff and achy through about 11 a.m. Just go with it, move more later. Walk more outside and walk around yard, tend plants. Just don't eat sweets except for fruit. Joined the NO SWEETS challenge. Aaarrrgh! That's the "No Air" challenge for me. But, sweets are the basis of all weight gain. I lost about 20 lbs. once just giving them up.
