Day 7: New weight held even after eating out yesterday!

Being back into the 150's is exciting. I have reached a point where the next 5 pounds are going to make a BIG difference in how my clothes fit.

It is Monday morning - so I am off to work.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 November 2013:
1280 kcal Fat: 91.03g | Prot: 68.87g | Carb: 64.36g.   Breakfast: Essensia All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Dole Classic Iceberg Salad, Bolthouse Farms Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing, Atkins Italian Sausage Primavera. Dinner: Marie's Yogurt Dressing - Parmesan Caesar, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Grape Tomatoes, Perdue Lean Ground Turkey. Snacks/Other: Mixed Nuts, Emerald Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Emerald Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Apples. more...

Isn't it great when you can get rewarded on the scale for good decisions you made last night? Of course, we all know it doesn't quite work that way, but when it happens, it should just put a big ol' smile on your face. You'll be donating those new jeans in no time!

Sandy - I sure hope so. But I am still beating myself up for letting myself gain back those 14 pounds last year - How stupid was that?

Mom - Aren't we just our own worst enemies? Sometimes think we need our heads examined (Notice how I include you in the same category with me?). Am going to brew myself a cup of Sleepytime Extra, listen to my daily dose of Jonathan Bailor, and take a nice long snooze.
