I cheated a little today, which I do not mind, especially since I have exercised for the past two days. I actually am proud of myself because I make a smart choice with my order. I went to Olive Garden, my favorite place, and ordered chicken and vegetables instead of pasta and cream sauce. I did indulge in the breaksticks though. Baby steps is all I can say.

I am very sore from exercising today and I am upset because I let myself get this out of shape. I guess stress and time allowed this to happen and it has got to stop now.

Time to do my final and then a small salad for dinner with a little yoga before bed.
