No movement! guess I have been relaxing a bit and, although doing much more exercise now I'm in my squash bubble, I've been too lax in balancing calories in and calories out. but I'm determined and you can see from others these things happen. it's how you deal with it and move on. Guess I should have known when I saw how much cheese really disappeared, my estimation was clearly not good.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
