I just reread my journal on my introduction. I have since changed to a keto intermittent fasting life still. It was very hard the first two weeks but now I feel amazing have lost 25 of the 30 pounds I gained back. I have done research and feel this knew keto with macros of 50 carbs, unlimited good fats and only 25 protein is a good option for me. Alone with intermittent fasting.
