Went to the gym today even though it was not an easy thing to do... needed to de-stress.
Exercise: 45 min crossRamp 3.5 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body. Vitamins: No Rosacea: 3 = moderate flare with new spots, dryer than yesterday with some healing. Other possible triggers would be exercise and stress. Used the moisturizer. No trigger foods eaten today.
