Im facing a weed that apparently has been growing un-noticed by me. I dont know when it popped up but I think during my celebration week because that's when I didn't have my laptop or fs buddies with me so I got out of the habit of not recording my food intake,my exercise or journal entries. I know me... if I dont do something NOW it will get to the point where Im not doing the very things that I want to be doing in order to live the kind of life I want to be living. SOOOOO Im pulling this weed out by getting off the computer & doing some strength training NOW!
