I have decided to use fatsecret.com because it works with my phone so I can journal and keep up with my diet while I am on the go. I turned 24 this past week and I realized that I want to lose most of the weight that I gained from college by age 25. I am looking to lose about 20 pounds. This will not be easy because I travel for my job and I am petite (5'2) and that always makes it difficult to lose weight.
