I hope I am spared the whip and the kick in the butt. I think I did great. Despite my ankle pains I still managed to log 30 minutes on the treadmill albeit slow walking. Weight down to 113.5 kg (from 114.6 yesterday). Will do a repeat of yesterday today because of ankle pains + some yard work this morning.
